Gadinsky Real Estate spearheaded the acquisition of this 50,000+ square foot mixed use building on 1.4 acres of land at South Dixie Hwy. and Yumuri Rd., across from the University of Miami.  Gadinsky Real Estate, with its partners, will re-develop the property into a multi level retail/residential complex.
