Seth Gadinsky entered the real estate business upon graduation with a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from M.I.T. in 1983. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tufts University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Over the past 32 years he has developed, leased and operated shopping centers, large and small, and many single tenant projects for clients such as Walgreens, Starbuck’s and Blockbuster Video. He has also represented tenants in their expansion and consulted with owners to help bring retail projects to life on their property. Seth is a managing partner in Vintage Real Estate Investment Fund and H3 Hospitality. In addition he has served as the Florida Board Chair for the Anti-Defamation League and currently chairs the Office for Engaged Creativity at Florida International University’s School of Architecture and the Arts.
Justin Schultz graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 1995 and immediately entered the commercial real estate business in Chicago as a sales associate with Inland Real Estate Sales, Inc. In 1998 Justin formed Urban Equities, LLC, which focused primarily on single-tenant net leased brokerage and 1031 Exchange consulting. Justin helped form Interra Development Partners in 2003, a retail real estate development firm capitalized by Prudential Real Estate Investors, and soon thereafter moved to Miami Beach to oversee Interra’s South Florida projects. In 2009, Justin joined Gadinsky Real Estate, and has worked closely with Seth Gadinsky in all aspects of the company’s development, investment, brokerage and consulting efforts. Over the past 15+ years Justin has developed everything from single-tenant buildings to regional shopping centers, as well as negotiated and structured numerous retail, restaurant and entertainment venue leases. Justin is a Miami Beach resident, and serves as a Pillar Member of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, as well as an active member of the Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation Young President’s Club.
Dennis Kleier entered the real estate business in 1978. He graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Business Degree. Over the past 34 years, he has been a real estate manager and development manager for 7-Eleven Food Store, Eckerd Drug Company and others. In the brokerage side of the business, he has represented retail tenants such as Foot Locker, The Fresh Market, Payless Shoes, Blockbuster, Kinko’s, Dot’, Office Depot, Radio Shack and several others. He has been involved in single tenant projects for Walgreens, Eckerd, and others. He spent several years with RAM Real Estate.
Nicole Santander entered the commercial real estate business upon graduating from the University of Miami with a Masters degree in Business Administration in 2015. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Florida State University. Nicole was motivated to transition into commercial real estate by her background in hospitality and restaurant management where she developed a keen understand of the ever-changing Miami market. Nicole is a Miami native and active member of the community, participating in organizations such as Chapman Partnership and Leadership Miami.
ELLIE SMITH GRADUATED FROM FLORIDA ATLANTIC UNIVERSITY WITH A B.A. IN POLITICAL SCIENCE, WHERE SHE RECEIVED HONORS ON THE COMMISSIONER’S LIST FOR MAINTAINING ABOVE A 3.5 GPA. AFTER PLAYING DIVISION 1 SOCCER WITH A FULL SCHOLARSHIP AT THE UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA, ELLIE RETURNED TO HER ROOTS AND TRANSFERRED TO FAU, WHERE SHE CONTINUED TO PLAY IN HER BELOVED HOME STATE. A MIAMI BEACH RESIDENT AND AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF HER COMMUNITY, ELLIE IS A GUARDIAN AD LITEM AND VOLUNTEERS REGULARLY AT CAMILUS HOUSE. FOCUSING PRIMARILY ON COMMUNITY-DRIVEN PROJECTS THAT CULTIVATE RETAIL EXPERIENCES AND GATHERING PLACES FOR THE RESIDENTS OF MIAMI. CURRENTLY SPECIALIZING IN THE LEASING OF F&B FOR MIAMICENTRAL, ELLIE APPLIES HER PASSION FOR PIONEERING TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENTS AND CONTINUING A LEGACY SET IN PLACE BY HER GRANDFATHER’S GROUNDBREAKING DESIGN WORK WITH CARR SMITH & ASSOCIATES ON THE MIAMI METRO RAIL.
Joe Chancy has been involved in the Residential Real Estate Market for the last 10 years helping others invest in their future. Since crossing over into commercial Joe has worked with retailers such as Race Trac, Pollo Tropical Wendy's and KFC. Specializing in acquisitions and site selection for his clients Joe has become a great member of the Gadinsky team.
SASHA DOMINGUEZ GRADUATED FROM FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY WITH A BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT. WHILE SHE WENT TO SCHOOL AND WORKED AS A PRIVATE BANKER WITH JP MORGAN SHE REALIZED THAT COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE WAS HER PASSION AND DECIDED TO TRANSITION INTO THE INDUSTRY. HER PAST EXPERIENCE AS ALWAYS HAVING A FOCUS ON THE ‘CLIENT’ FIRST, HAS ALLOWED HER TO FIND THE OPTIMAL PATH AND DEVELOP THE RIGHT STRATEGY TO ACHIEVE HER CLIENT’S OBJECTIVES.
